What you'll learn

Latin dance fitness is the perfect combination of dance and fitness, while keeping the unique styles of latin dance.

We learn a variety of dances such as:

Salsa, Bachata, Swing, Merengue, Chachacha, and Samba.


We'll make you sweat from beginning to end, while having fun at the same time.

We learn basic techniques including arm styling and hip actions.
